DUBAI (Web Desk) - Pakistan batter Maaz Sadaqat produced a stunning performance in the Caribbean Premier League (CPL), smashing his maiden T20 century to help Jamaica Kingsmen secure a nine-wicket victory over Barbados Tridents and book their place in Qualifier 2.

Sadaqat launched an explosive assault from the outset, reaching his half-century in just 22 balls before completing his century off 44 deliveries. He eventually fell in the 14th over after scoring a blistering 112 from 49 balls.

His innings was packed with attacking strokes, including nine fours and eight sixes, as he dominated the Tridents’ bowling attack and guided the Kingsmen to a comfortable chase.

The remarkable knock also saw Sadaqat create a CPL record, becoming the youngest batter to score a century in the tournament.

His innings proved decisive as Jamaica Kingsmen chased down the target with ease, securing a comprehensive nine-wicket win and advancing to Qualifier 2.
