Summary Says new provinces will emerge, when assemblies have two-thirds majority
LONDON (Dunya News) – Federal Law Minister Azam Nazir Tarar has said new provinces need two-thirds majority in National and provincial assemblies, and when the required majority is met, the new provinces will emerge.
Talking to the media here on Tuesday, the law minister said holding elections was an uphill task, adding Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif invited the Oppositions for talks several times.

The PML-N leader claimed that elections in Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) were organised in a peaceful and transparent manner.
He said it was the right of PML-N supremo Nawaz Sharif to appoint new AJK prime minister after his party won majority seats in the elections.
